3mm Pre-Galvanised Steel Jointing Plates
FrameFix supply 3MM steel joining plates manufactured from pre-galvanised steel in boxes of 100. These jointing plates are suitable for fixing timber to timber/steel/masonry, or steel to masonry. This type of building fixing strap can be supplied in other lengths on request. The Joining plate has 4 x 5.25mm holes at both ends for fixings. We also supply Steel Fixing Bands, Steel Fixing Brackets, and Steel Window Board Ties.
High Quality Galvanised Steel
Our sister company Inmans manufacture steel jointing plates from DX51 grade galvanised steel with ISO 9001 accredited procedures. Galvanisation applies a protective layer of zinc to the steel banding for protection against corrosion and rust. The zinc coating protects the metal by forming a physical barrier and behaving as an anode if it the coating is damaged.
